San Francisco Chronicle editor still working hard at 94 years oldThe Science Editor of popular newspaper the San Francisco Chronicle has recently hit headlines after being named the oldest person to be a working reporter. David Perlman is 94 years old and has worked at the San Francisco Chronicle for an astonishing 63 years.

As well as being named the oldest living reporter by a journalist from the Los Angeles Times, David Perlman has done and will continue to do an excellent job as Science Editor. His career has spanned some incredible advancements and moments in the field of science; he first started at the San Francisco Chronicle when Albert Einstein was still alive, he was born 10 years before the discovery of penicillin and Pluto was yet to be discovered.

As his career is still going strong, David Perlman still saves relaxing in riser recliner chairs for his evenings at home and has no plans to retire anytime soon. As a skilled editor with decades of experience, he is an asset that the San Francisco Chronicle will be hoping stays with them for many more years.
